EMERGENCY AND URGENT DENTAL CARE ONLY
We will only be able to see a very limited number of patients each day as we need to observe social distancing and carry out lengthy decontamination procedures.
This is necessary to keep you and our BHD team safe.
We are currently struggling to manage the volume of calls we are receiving.
Please only ring the practice if you have an urgent dental problem that needs immediate attention.
We will be answering the phone between 8.30 and 10.30am only.
If you have
-been in touch with us during Lockdown with a problem
-or had an appointment postponed in Lockdown
-or you receive an email postponing your appointment in June and July
you are on our list
We are working extended hours to clear our list, this backlog of dental care needs, as quickly as we can. We are prioritising the patients based on clinical need: patients with severe pain first.
We WILL be contacting everyone on our list as soon as we can.
If you have a dental problem that is not urgent please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of your tooth if possible. We will get one of our dentists to call you back and we will put you on our list. Any other queries again please email us rather than calling or leaving a phone message.
Please do not call to make an appointment for non-urgent treatment. It is just not possible to do this for you at the moment.
We are sorry we can’t go back to ‘normal’ immediately and get your treatment sorted for you faster but we promise we are doing the very best we can to help you safely.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
Just fill in your details on the form to the right and we'll get back to you shortly.
